Terms and Condition

By purchasing from us means you agreed terms and conditions as below:


We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at alanfooxsbux22@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: No 85, Jalan Seang Teik, Georgetown 10400 Penang, Malaysia. Please attention to Kelly Chin.

The package return shipping fees need to be bear by buyer.

We understand the buyer’s remorse and we gladly work with you on the refund or cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed we reserve the right to charge the order restocking or cancellation process fee of $20 per item.


For damaged / imperfections claims, please record a video within 3 days to the seller since the package is delivered (according to the tracking) and item must still has undamaged of your unboxing process and send us the unboxing video and description of the damage and imperfection details for return or exchange or compensation to be processed.

Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping cost unless agreed otherwise by seller

Items that are returned must be received back by seller in the same condition when it's received by buyer and still has undamaged


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alanfooxsbux22@gmail.com.

The items can have slight imperfections from the production which is out of seller's control and the item can't be refunded or exchanged. If you are expected the item in 100% perfect condition, please do not order from us.

Package that is missing or stolen after it's delivered (according to the tracking) will not be seller's responsibility.

If package / parcel under exam by United States Customs and Border Protection (https://www.cbp.gov/ ) and has stopped shipment. This process can take anywhere up to or over 30-90 business days and DHL has no control over this process. Should Customs decide to release the shipment, it will be delivered within 24 business hours of being released. If Customs decides to detain it indefinitely, consignee will receive a letter in the mail from the USPS stating the reason the shipment was not released.

Seller and Shipper (DHL/Fedex) will no longer control the shipment. All decision will be under CBP officer.
